Terms & Conditions

1. All items will be delivered within 5 working days if in stock.

2. If the ordered item is not in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible.

3. For orders we charge €7,95 shipping costs. . When we receive an order due to refusal / incorrect address, all costs of the return shipment will be for the buyer.

4. All items remain the property of Schut Modestoffen as long as the amount due is not yet in our account.

5. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee color deviations of the items you have ordered. You have to take into account that, among other things, the setting and the image quality of a monitor do not exactly show the correct color on your screen.

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can exchange and / or return the item. This is possible within 14 days after receipt. The shipping costs and the shipping risk for the return shipment are borne by the buyer. To return an item, send an email to info@hollandstoffenhuis.nl. Once you have received a confirmation you can return the item. So wait until you have received a confirmation from us before sending the item. Once the return package has been processed by us, you will be refunded to your account.

6. Items that have been cut or ordered specially cannot be returned.
